No, our jams and jellies are the only product we sell that we do not make in our Bread Basket bakery. We recently had the privilege of meeting a wonderful family in Phoenix, who informed us of their family owned and operated business, Cotton Country Jams, producing quality Arizona jams and jellies. We love to support local small businesses, and thought these products would be so delicious paired with our home made bread. All jams and jellies are made right here in Phoenix at Cotton Country Jam’s commercial kitchen. When you purchase and enjoy our jams and jellies, you are supporting two local, family-owned businesses. Your taste buds will be grateful!

We currently sell the following four flavors in our Bread Basket Inc bakery: Peach Jam, Prickly Pear Cactus Jelly, Raspberry Jam, Orange Marmalade, Pumpkin Pecan Butter

There are over 20 different flavors of jams and jellies available in 8 oz jars. We also sell 64 oz jars via special order. Please contact us via phone, stop by our bakery, or submit a Contact Us request to place a special order.

Our jams and jellies are all natural, with no artificial ingredients. They last up to 2 years.

Bread Basket bread is made from scratch daily with organic ingredients utilizing traditional bread baking methods. Our breads include no fats, oils, preservatives, or dairy products with the exception of our cheese breads. Our core bread ingredients are whole wheat flour, water, honey, fresh yeast, and salt. Bread Basket is one of the few bakeries that uses fresh yeast in all of its breads. Good bread making takes time, and when fresh yeast is used, the process slows down. Additional nutritional information is available on our bread labels.

The Duncan family has been baking bread in the valley since the 1980s, and puts a lot of love and time into making sure each loaf of bread we sell to our Customers is exceptional and delicious. We enjoy educating Customers about the bread making process and getting ideas for new and delicious types of bread to add to our list of specialty breads.

Yes, product ingredients are provided for each product in our Online Store and on our product labels. If you need a list of ingredients for a specific product, please ask.

When stored at room temperature, Bread Basket bread lasts approximately 7 days.

Freezing bread can extend the shelf life of bread, and our bread freezes very well. Customers recommend grouping a number of slices in freezer bags, which allows the bread to be easily removed from the freezer and served for breakfast or another meal the next day.

We do not, however, recommend refrigerating the bread, as it accelerates the aging process and dries out the bread.
